I am a professional Library and Information Scientist. I was trained and have experience in library services and information technology applications in information identification, selection and organization (processing, storage, access and retrieval). I have skills, in Administration and Management, Database Design, Development and Maintenance, ICT Training and Applications in Information Management, Information and Management, Systems Analysis and Design, Monitoring and Evaluation.

Set up many libraries, Resource Centers information systems and trained staff of different organizations in information organization, database development and maintenance and applications of some software in information management i.e. INFPA Kampala Office, WHO Uganda Office, BOU, UIRI, MOH planning Department, Faculty of Agriculture Makerere University, Faculty of Social Sciences Department of Gender, and Makerere University and other.

Long time National Trainer of a UNESCO software CDS-ISIS/WINSIS in Uganda

One time a trainer for International Network for Availability of Scientific Publications (INSAP) in Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia

Initiated and participated in Automation, Digitization and electronic (online and offline) information access of Makerere University Library Services under Sida SAREC, NORAD and Carnegie projects

Participated in Publication and Distribution of The Uganda Health Information digest by Sir Albert Cook, Medical School Library, support by Dryfus Foundation of USA

Under the guild officer,IN 2009 February – June I participated in community information system (CIS.I was a member and a representative of Bushenyi on Bushenyi greater students association at Mbarara university of science and technology (MUST).I have worked for three years at Kampala international university teaching hospital in the department of Quality Assurance Monitoring and Evaluation(QAM&E), one year as monitoring officer, then promoted to the head monitoring officer up now
